1. Purpose and Scope

This Trademark Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and legal conditions related to the use of trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property (“Marks”) in connection with any services provided by Ox2 Net Corp., including but not limited to plumbing, renovations, general contracting, and technical trades.

This Policy applies to all customers, clients, contractors, suppliers, and third parties engaging with Ox2 Net Corp. in British Columbia, Canada.

2. Trademark Use and Legal Protection

Ox2 Net Corp. only promotes and sells original, trademarked products sourced directly from authorized manufacturers or distributors.

  • All products used or sold are trademark-protected.
  • We respect and uphold the intellectual property of third-party manufacturers.
  • All sales, advertising, installation, and servicing are conducted in strict accordance with trademark and licensing laws applicable in British Columbia.

Our own brand names and associated service marks, including but not limited to:

  • Ox2 Net Corp.
  • Canbox
  • Unicase
  • Ferrik Chile
  • Red Force Chile
  • Promax Services
  • Raidbox Canada
  • White Dragon Tech – Montreal

…are the exclusive property of Ox2 Net Corp. and may not be copied, altered, imitated, resold, or misrepresented in any form.

3. Unauthorized Use is Prohibited

Any unauthorized use of:

  • Ox2 Net Corp.’s logos, slogans, or identifiers
  • Trademarks belonging to third-party manufacturers for which Ox2 Net Corp. is a licensed reseller or installer

…will result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of service or contract
  • Legal action for trademark infringement
  • Notification to intellectual property and law enforcement authorities in Canada

4. Client and Partner Responsibilities

Any third party (Client, Partner, Subcontractor) working with Ox2 Net Corp. must:

  • Ensure that their business or advertising materials referencing Ox2 Net Corp. do not misuse trademarks
  • Not present themselves as authorized resellers or representatives of third-party brands unless explicitly authorized in writing
  • Not reproduce, alter, or use Ox2 Net Corp. branding outside the agreed project scope

Failure to comply may result in legal liability and immediate contract termination.

5. Protection of the Website and Digital Materials

This Trademark Policy exists also to protect the web presence, documentation, photos, and marketing content of Ox2 Net Corp.

  • All written and visual content on Ox2Net.ca and related domains are copyright and trademark protected
  • Reuse of any content without written consent is strictly prohibited

6. Trademark Dispute Process

If you are a rights-holder and believe that any content or material related to Ox2 Net Corp. infringes your trademark, please submit a formal complaint to: info@raidbox.ca, including:

  • Proof of trademark registration
  • Specific URLs or material in question
  • Your contact information and a sworn statement that the use is unauthorized

All complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 30 business days, with action taken at our sole discretion under Canadian law.

7. Indemnity and Liability

Clients and Users agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Ox2 Net Corp., its directors, contractors, and staff for any claims related to:

  • Use of third-party trademarks without authorization
  • Legal or administrative proceedings arising from false or misleading branding
  • Misuse of materials belonging to Ox2 Net Corp. or its affiliates

This includes legal costs, court fees, and damage awards.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Trademark Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the Canadian Trademarks Act (RSC 1985, c T-13).
Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

9. Amendments

Ox2 Net Corp. reserves the right to revise or update this Trademark Policy at any time. The current version will always be posted on our official website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
